Our Story
LAC ESTATE is set in Sunbury, Victoria, within one of the state's historic wine regions. The estate brings together olive groves, vineyard views, hospitality and a simple belief: great food and beautiful places are made to be shared.
From grove to table
Our story began in 2011, when an Italian family with a love of food, tradition and the land planted the first olive trees on what would become LAC ESTATE. When we took over, we inherited more than a farm. We inherited a way of life.
Every bottle of our extra virgin olive oil is shaped by the grove, the season and the care taken at harvest. The result is a fresh, herbaceous oil with a smooth mouthfeel and a peppery finish.
Award-recognised olive oil
In our first season entering the Australian International Olive Awards, LAC ESTATE Extra Virgin Olive Oil was honoured with a Silver Medal in 2025. It is a proud milestone and a reminder that careful farming, patient harvesting and respect for the land can be tasted in the bottle.
More than a bottle
